Details: Staff recommends denial of the applicant's request (application)

Result: The Planning Commission held the public hearing on September 15th, in which 5 citizens spoke against the rezoning. The Commission chose to table the decision until October 6, 2025.

Result: On October 6,2026. the Planning Commission voted to approve the rezoning with a vote of 4-0.

Final Decision: The BOC voted 4-0 to approve the request for rezoning.
