The additional variance request was tabled until November 3, 2025. The Planning Commission was suspended on October 23, 2025. The BOC voted 5-0 to accept the applicant's withdrawal of this request.

Final Decision: The BOC voted 3-1 to deny the request for rezoning, as well as both requests for special use. Mr. Poole voted against the denials. Mr. Stowe was absent.
