Final Decision: The BOC voted 3-0 to approve the requests for rezoning, after previously voting 2-3 to deny the requests. Mr. Poole and Mr. Gibbs did not vote in favor of the applications.

The overall proposed density for the development is 2.47 dwelling units per acre.
