Purpose of Hearing: Request to amend zoning on a 0.91 acre tract from Suburban Shopping to Light Industrial to allow for a sign manufacturing and printing business. A variance is also requested to reduce the required vegetated buffer from 30 feet to zero feet along the eastern property line.

Staff recommends denial of the both requests (application).

Result: Planning Commission recommended approval of both items 5-0.
