This website came about after talking to a few like minded people that had one common goal. Expose government corruption and give transparency to the people in the area. There is no transparency in local government around here. No one has ever challenged the leaders and made them answer tough questions.
As a small government Libertarian, it is imperative to loosen the clutches of government over the taxpayer. The time is now to keep elected officials from taxing the people to death and start controlling spending. Growing up in the Gainesville/Hall County area, I have seen this place grow so much. Much of it was needed, but at some point it got out of hand and the corruption started boiling to the top.
This group, and website, is intent on seeing that government officials are held accountable for their actions and to be as transparent as possible. Everything that is reported will be sourced with all verifiable information. The days of lifetime politicians needs to end and competent people put in office.
