Amy Loggins moved to Hall County in 2022 with her family to live on her husband’s generational family land. She has three extremely creative, talented, and intelligent kids that have faced major hurdles in the public school system due to their Dyslexia and the fact that the school systems do not know how to provide a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) as outlined in Federal laws. Amy has successfully advocated for many Special Education families within Hall County Public Schools. Her advocacy has led to several state complaints that determined Hall County Public School District to be out of compliance with following Federal laws regarding students with disabilities, even on a systemic level.
